Have you ever taken a test that you were super confident in acing, but then you get the grade back and you totally bombed it?

You feel like your whole word is spinning, that that one grade has destroyed your gpa, and (not “or”) that you can’t come back from that one lousy grade.

Thankfully, I’ve found a remedy to remind myself that this isn’t the end of the world. I have found solace in my group: whether it’s in my roommates, or in my friends from home. It’s healthier to talk about how horrible your grade is or how your week is going than keeping it all bottled up and building.

When it comes to creating your group, let it be with those whom you trust, not just another student in the class as there won’t be that genuine a response. That means that you have to actually share with others; I implore you to actually talk with those close to you about how your life is doing so then you won’t feel like you’re stuck in a rut.
